People & Purpose Bookstore Pop-Up

People & Purpose day is a quarterly, company-wide initiative meant to highlight brand partnerships, local charities, and celebrate our colleagues.

I worked on signage and marketing assets for the bookstore pop-up in collaboration with a local non-profit: Word Up Community Bookshop/Librería Communitaria. Colleagues were able to pick up a free book with a suggested minimum donation of $15 - which is matched dollar-for-dollar by Hearst.

The books available were all featured on Hearst Magazine brands: Town & Country, Good Housekeeping, Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, and Oprah’s Magazine.

Event Signage

Created signage for the bookstore pop-up featuring each of Hearst’s Magazine brands.

Bookmark Designs

I was also tasked to create bookmarks to go along with everyone’s complimentary book.

Each bookmark also contained further information on Word Up Community Bookshop/Librería Communitaria and various ways to donate.

Sticker Designs

Another complimentary gift we had ready for colleagues were Hearst and summer themed stickers.

There was a Stanley cup giveaway and each cup came with a free sticker.
